Prime Minister Mark Carney is a master of the political sidestep.

Just like that old movie The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (1982), where the governor, played by Charles Durning, makes his position clearly unclear by singing this little ditty:

“Ooh, I love to dance a little sidestep

Now they see me, now they don’t, I’ve come and gone and … lead the people on.”

Nothing in politics has changed and ever will.

Once again, thanks to all you recent Liberal voters for a fourth spin around the dance floor.
