Boys lacrosse teams across New York will battle for regional titles on Saturday.

Four Section III teams will compete on Saturday: West Genesee (A) and Christian Brothers Academy (B) are at Lynch Literacy Academy in Amsterdam, and Jamesville-DeWitt (C) and Marcellus (D) play at Cicero-North Syracuse.

The winners advance to the state semifinals on Wednesday. The West semifinals are at SUNY Cortland and the East semifinals are at Middletown High School. The state finals are Saturday, June 14, at Hobart & William Smith Colleges.
