Today will be a STORM ALERT WEATHER DAY. We are expecting some pretty nasty weather. There is an enhanced risk (Level 3 out of 5) for the entirety of our viewing area. Damaging wind gusts of 60+ mph will be the main risk. Hail is another main risk, and localized flooding and tornadoes are secondary risks. The current time frame is between 5:00 PM EDT to 10:00 PM. There will be a second round of severe weather between 1:00-5:00 AM Sunday morning with damaging winds being the main risk.

The high today will be 87 with mostly cloudy skies. Sprinkles are possible this morning, and there are areas with dense, patchy fog. Use extra caution on your commute.

Tonight will be warm and stormy with a low of 70 and partly cloudy skies.
