TOWN OF WALLKILL – A 24-year-old City of Middletown woman was arrested at the Town of Wallkill-Middletown Metro-North train station in Wallkill on the evening of Tuesday, June 3 after police saw her sitting on the curb of the platform appearing to be under the influence of drugs.

After a brief investigation, a search of Loerli Davila turned up 760 glassine envelopes of a white powdery substance that tested positive for the presence of heroin and fentanyl, as well as six alprazolam pills.

She was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, false personation, criminal impersonation, appearance in public under the influence of narcotics and public health law possession of controlled substances by ultimate user’s original container.
