WATSONTOWN — It’s officially summertime and that means it’s also strawberry season, making it the perfect time for the annual strawberry festival at the Historic Warrior Run Church on Sunday.

Volunteers have been busy hand hulling and washing the strawberries, and are ready to share homemade strawberry ice cream and shortcake with visitors.
