GEORGETOWN COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) -- Three bridges in Georgetown County are expected to remain closed for repairs through the end of June.

The following bridges were closed on June 4 in both directions: • Old Pee Dee Road over Tyler Creek, between Tyler Drive and IP Canal Road • Bullard Road over Squirrel Run Creek, between Pleasant Hill Drive and County Road S-22-306 • Powell Road over Bonny Clabber Creek, between US 17 and Mt. Zion

Crews with the South Carolina Department of Transportation are completing the repairs, and the bridges will reopen to traffic once finished.

The projected completion date is June 30, according to the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office.
