SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- Rock and roll hall of famer Todd Rungren returns to Central New York at the end of June as one of the headliners for Syracuse's Jazzfest.

Carrie Lazarus had a chance to talk with Rungren and preview the four-day music festival.
