There’s this massive, 124 acre farm at 279 River Road in Windham, Maine that takes in abused, neglected, and otherwise forgotten horses from all over the state.

The Maine State Society for The Protection of Animals (MSSPA) run the farm and they just began a $1.5 million capital campaign to build what they call, “quarantine central", according to Mainebiz.

Incoming horses will get their very own area to chill. It reminds me of flu season, sometimes you need your space and this space is about to gain a seriously beautiful upgrade!
