COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Two people were hospitalized early Saturday morning following a shooting on the city's southwest side.

The shooting happened on Urban Hollow Court in Urbancrest just before 5 a.m., police said.

A spokesperson for the Franklin County Sheriff's Office said at about 8:30 a.m. that the two injured victims were stable.

The spokesperson also said one person was in custody, but did not indicate if that person had been arrested.

Information about what led to the gunfire also was not available.
