City of Greeley invites residents to free homeowners association workshop

On Thursday, June 12, the city of Greeley will host a free homeowners association workshop, which residents and property owners are encouraged to attend.

The workshop takes place from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Greeley Family FunPlex, 1501 65th Ave. The workshop is free, and the city will provide attendees with light refreshments during the event.

City staff will lead the workshop and share information about Greeley codes and rules that affect homeowners associations. This workshop is part of a series of previously announced workshops by the city, with the last workshop focusing on various homeowner and board duties, explaining what these responsibilities entail and how residents can comply with them.
