Axel Rudakubana, the Southport murderer , is currently serving a 52-year sentence at HMP Belmarsh, receiving the legal minimum, according to information obtained by the ECHO . The teenager committed a horrific crime on July 29 last year when he entered a Taylor Swift-themed workshop in Southport and killed three children.
