BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - After hot and humid conditions were abundant to end the work week, temperatures will take a drop today as low pressure and plenty of clouds work through. An unsettled day is expected today before high pressure enters tonight. High pressure will bring sunnier, warmer, and drier conditions for Sunday and Monday, before more rain works in on Tuesday, potentially lingering around on Wednesday.
Today is a busy weather day. Conditions are on the quieter side this morning with cloudy skies and plenty of patchy fog. Hazy conditions continue to linger across Maine. A few showers, some of which could produce consistent rain at times, will pass through Interior Downeast communities this morning. Besides that, most of us stay dry this morning with just a few scattered showers.
