COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A man accused of firing shots at Marysville police has been indicted on five counts.
Dustin Ohm was indicted Friday in Union County on one count of attempted aggravated murder, three counts of felonious assault and one charge of having weapons under disability.
Last week, police responded to a domestic violence call at a home on White Oak Court.
That's when Ohm, 29, allegedly shot at officers and drove off.
The chase continued onto U-S 33, where he was shot by officers.
Ohm is still recovering in the hospital.
He's scheduled to appear in court later this month.
Ohm has a history of run-ins with law enforcement in Union and Franklin counties, including a 2017 incident where he tried to headbutt an officer.
