SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Have you seen this man?

Bradenton police say the man behind the bandana nabbed an e-bike back on June 1 just before 7 p.m. at a Publix. Its owner parked it outside a Publix, locking it up like they were supposed to...but investigators say this man was caught on camera ripping the e-bike out of the lock, and then riding away as if he owned it.

Now, police are looking to discuss the situation.
