Olympiacos BC confirms that center Moustapha Fall has suffered a serious injury during Game 3 of the Greek League Finals against Panathinaikos .

The injury occurred five minutes into the game, when Fall sustained a ruptured patellar tendon in his left knee. He was immediately removed from the court and underwent medical evaluation.

In an official statement, the club announced:

“In the 3rd final of the Stoiximan GBL, Moustapha Fall suffered a ruptured patellar tendon in his left knee.

The French center is expected to be out of action for 10 to 12 months.

We all wish Mous a speedy recovery.”

This means Fall could miss the majority of the 2025–26 season.

Despite the injury, Olympiacos secured a 99–88 victory in Game 3, taking a 2–1 lead in the best-of-five series.
