AUBURN, Ala. (WBTW) -- Caden Bodine hit two home runs -- including his first since March --- to give No. 13 ranked Coastal Carolina a 7-6 win in extra innings over No. 4 ranked Auburn in game one of NCAA Super Regional play.

An hour and 46-minute weather delay put teams back on the field just before midnight central time, where the 52-11 Chanticleers delivered on their 10th extra-inning win of the season, keyed by a four homerun barrage -- including a pair from Bodine and Blagen Pado.

The win puts Coastal within a victory of its College World Series appearance since 2016.

Bodine broke a 6-6 tie with a solo shot to right field in the top of the 10th. The junior catcher also threw out two would-be base runners, giving him 45 career caught-stealing throws, one shy of the program's record.
