With weekend plans to tick off yet another park on my camping adventures, I’ve come to realize that there are some items you just can’t live without even if you’re “roughing it.”

I’ve boon docked, set up camp at private campgrounds and explored several state and county parks. I’ve slept in tents in 30-degree temperatures and baked in the blazing sun with no shade in sight.

I’ve also grown accustomed to RVs and consider glamping a full contact sport as the route navigator, parking signaler and backup attendant — IYKYK.
