The FBI and Department of Homeland Security have issued a joint alert following two violent attacks targeting Jewish and Israeli communities in the U.S.

A pro-Israel gathering in Boulder, Colorado, turned violent Sunday when federal investigators say Mohammed Sabry Soliman, 46, of Colorado Springs, tossed Molotov cocktails into the crowd, injuring at least nine people. The victims were treated for burns and other injuries, and authorities are actively investigating the incident as a hate-motivated attack, the alert says.
