FOUNTAIN INN, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Fountain Inn Police Department reports charging an 11-year-old and a 13-year-old with vandalism after a racial slur was found spray-painted on a business.

Officers report responding to The Venue on Main at Bundle of Joy Academy on South Main Street around 3 p.m. on June 2.

An incident report said two people reported finding two bricks and an empty can of white spray paint in their backyard.

Police said a racial slur was spray-painted in white on the back of the business.

Officers report the racial slur was also spray-painted in red on the top of a retention wall, and “I’ll Be Back” was written in red spray paint on the ground.
