BUFFALO, N.Y. — A 27-year-old Buffalo man is dead after a fight turned fatal shooting outside a gas station on Broadway in Buffalo.

According to a Buffalo Police spokesperson, the shooting happened just before 4:00 a.m. on Saturday at the corner of Broadway and Jefferson Avenue outside Mandella Market.

Buffalo Police B and C District officers, Buffalo firefighters, and AMR ambulance responded to the shooting and were seen providing emergency medical care to a person on the ground who appeared unresponsive.

Detectives believe the 27-year-old was shot during some type of altercation that included several other men.

The victim, who has not been identified, was declared dead at the scene according to Buffalo Police.
