Former San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Chris Conley has announced his retirement from football at 32.

Conley, an NFL journeyman over the past 10 years, contributed to offenses around the league as an excellent run blocker who could also be effective as a pass-catcher. The WR played for the Kansas City Chiefs, Jacksonville Jaguars, Houston Texans, Tennessee Titans , and San Francisco 49ers over 132 career games.

He took to Instagram to announce his decision to walk away from the game this Saturday, noting he accomplished one of the biggest goals he set for himself as a kid.

“The past 10 years have been a dream. Getting the opportunity to play in the league was an honor and whether it was catching touchdowns or blocking for them i truly gave it my all,” he wrote.
