SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- Nearly 1,000 Central New York children and families will benefit from continued investment in early childhood education and family services.

Representative John W. Mannion (NY-22) announced June 7, that more than $7 million will be released in federal Head Start funding for PEACE, Inc.

In addition to early childhood education and family support services, the agency also provides developmental screenings, nutrition and support for working, low-income children and families across Onondaga County.
