Sam Thompson has admitted that he’s ‘eternally grateful’ and revealed that he’s ‘back with his boys’ after his Soccer Aid challenge.
Tasked with delivering the Soccer Aid for UNICEF match ball from last year’s stadium, Stamford Bridge, London, to the home of this year’s match, Old Trafford , Manchester, Sam raised an incredible £1,516,433.22 and counting for UNICEF.
Taking place over five days, Sam’s journey saw him running and peddling over 260 miles, along with a speedboat trip across the River Mersey
Over the course of the week, Sam received messages of support from Orlando Bloom, Olivia Colman, Robbie Williams and the Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
