In a release, police said the crash occurred at about 6 p.m. at Twin Elm Road and Brophy Drive in the city’s Richmond area.

The crash involved a vehicle that collided with “farm equipment.” Ottawa Fire Services were called at about 6:05 p.m. “Upon arrival, firefighters confirmed the collision involved a sedan that was nose-first into a ditch with extensive damage and a tractor towing tandem disks,” OFS reported on X.
