FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Indiana State Police (ISP) have been requested to investigate a police-action shooting in Kosciusko County.

According to the agency, the Warsaw Police Department attempted to make a traffic stop on a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado around 3:30 a.m. Saturday, when the vehicle failed to comply, leading officers on a short pursuit.

The pursuit ended near the intersection of State Road 13 and East County Road 150 North when the driver rammed into a stationary Warsaw Police Department SUV, ISP says.

After the initial crash, the driver of the Chevrolet drove a short distance, then turned around and crashed into the same police vehicle again.
