PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Washington Gov. Bob Ferguson has deployed the state’s National Guard in the manhunt for a father accused of killing his three daughters.

In a statement issued on Friday, the governor said he is utilizing emergency funds in the now days-long search for 32-year-old Travis Decker. The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office has also asked the state to provide helicopter transportation for the law enforcement officers searching in remote areas.

Decker’s daughters — 5-year-old Olivia, 8-year-old Evelyn and 9-year-old Paityn — were found dead near the Rock Island campground on Monday, the Wenatchee Police Department said. The agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigation found their father’s truck in the same area, but were unable to locate him.
