WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ind. —

A travel advisory is in place for Washington County, Indiana following heavy rains.

Friday storms dropped a lot of rain on the area, leading to flash flooding in some neighborhoods.

The video is of South Water Street in Salem, where waters were halfway up to the stop sign and cars were almost fully submerged.
