The Town of Olar's election, which includes races for mayor and four at-large town council seats, will be held Tuesday, June 10.

Walter O'Rear has filed for mayor.

The following individuals have filed for Olar Town Council seats: Kathy Dickerson Hudson, Donald Cool, Mildred Cool and Ray L. Smoak.

The early voting period for the election ended Friday, June 6.

Any voter who lives within the city limits can vote in the election for the mayor's seat and the four council seats.

At the polls, voters will be required to show one of the following forms of photo identification:

„■ S.C. Department of Motor Vehicles ID card „

„■S.C. Voter Registration card with photo „„

■ Federal military ID On election day, polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Olar Town Hal
