The SpaceX owner took to social media this week to criticise the President's spending plans under his "big, beautiful bill", claiming it reverses his work with DOGE.
In return, Trump accused the billionaire of going "crazy" following a request from him to leave his administration.
However, the public social media spat culminated in Musk posting to X to claim the President's name was included "in the Epstein files" - FBI files delving into the life of dead paedophile Jefrey Epstein.
