DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) -- A woman learned her fate after she and a co-conspirator were convicted of theft and forgery.

Prosecuting Attorney Matt Heck said that Rosalyn Johnson, 40, and her partner, 39-year-old Diamond Washington, were convicted of the following charges after stealing houses through quit-claim deed fraud:

Forgery of an elderly or disabled person <>> $37,500

Forgery <>> $150,000

Forgery <>> $7,500

Grand Theft <>> $7,500

Telecommunications Fraud

She was sentenced to spend a maximum of four and a half years in prison and Washington was sentenced on May 30 to spend a maximum of three years in prison.
