‘Fueled by Heart’ Car Show combines classic cars, cause to raise funds for American Heart Association

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A car show in Fort Wayne on Saturday was raising funds for a cause!

From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the ‘Fueled by Heart’: Shane Kever Memorial Car Show was held at Vinland Reserve Winery, bringing together the classic car community to support the American Heart Association.

The car show was held in honor of Shane Kever, an active man in Fort Wayne’s classic car community, who passed away at the age of 48 from a heart attack in 2023.

In addition to classic cars, the show featured food, music, heart health awareness, and more.

It was the first year for the event. Shane’s wife, April Kever, and best friend, Dave Gibson, who organized the event, say they hope to make it annual.
