DALLAS — A 27-year-old woman riding a motorcycle died Saturday morning on U.S. Highway 75, which shut down northbound lanes of U.S. Highway 75 for more than three hours, according to police.

Richardson police said officers responded to the crash just before 5 a.m. Saturday morning to the fatal crash. The motorcyclist, identified by police as Cody Morris, was pronounced dead at the scene, Richardson PD said.

Richardson police said there were not any other vehicles or people located at the crash scene.

Then, at approximately 5:39 a.m., Richardson police said 25-year-old Kelvin Joseph Jr., who sources confirm is the former Dallas Cowboys cornerback, called the Plano Police Department and told them he'd been involved in a crash.
