The District 1 champion Cougars defeated District 11 champion Pleasant Valley 15-3 at Exeter Township Saturday afternoon.

Springfield (23-1) will face the winner of the quarterfinal between Conestoga and Archbishop Carroll in the PIAA 3A semifinals Tuesday at a site and time to be determined.

The Bears finished the season 22-3.
