PHOENIX — Police are looking for the suspect in an armed robbery at a west Phoenix Walgreens.

The Phoenix Police Department said the robbery happened on April 20 at the Walgreens in the 1800 block of West Bethany Home Road, near the intersection of 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road.

The man came into the store at around 8 p.m. and tried to take several things. He was confronted by a security guard and pulled out a knife, making threats towards the victim, according to police.

The store security camera captured the incident on video.

Police said they believe the suspect lives near the Walgreens. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
