The Columbus Arts Festival, voted the second-best art festival in the country in a recent USA TODAY Readers' Choice Awards poll, is transforming the Downtown riverfront into a bustling hub of activity expected to draw almost 500,000 people.

The unofficial kickoff to summer festival season, the three-day event features more than 250 exhibiting artists, four stages of entertainment and other attractions along the Scioto Mile, the Rich and Main Street bridges and in front of COSI.
