2FREEHOLD, NJ — A Monmouth County man has been arrested and charged in connection with a robbery at a TD Bank branch in West Long Branch, authorities announced Saturday.

Michael Miranda, 48, of Asbury Park, faces one count of second-degree robbery. According to investigators, the incident occurred Monday at approximately 8:46 a.m., when an adult male entered the bank on Parker Road and handed a note to the teller demanding cash. No weapon was displayed. The individual took back the note and fled the scene with $825.
