As scattered rain showers and thunderstorms push through central Pennsylvania into Saturday afternoon, police in Derry Township announced road closures ahead of Avril Lavigne’s concert Saturday evening .

Derry Township Police said Hotel Road will be closed from Hersheypark Drive to the entrance of Catherine Hall from 2 to 8 p.m. and again from 10 p.m. to midnight.

Additionally, Boathouse Road will be closed from Pa. Route 39 to Sand Beach Road during the same times.
