LIVE OAK, Texas — A suspect is now in custody in connection with a deadly shooting that rocked a quiet neighborhood in Live Oak earlier this week.

32-year-old Darius Gladney was arrested Friday night and charged with engaging in organized criminal activity-murder, according to an arrest warrant. His bond is set at $300,000.

According to an arrest warrant, Live Oak police received multiple 911 calls early Wednesday morning after witnesses reported four suspects—dressed in all black, wearing gloves and masks—opened fire on 29-year-old Albert Roy outside his home in the Auburn Hills subdivision off O'Connor Road.
