A 73-year old woman was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash off of Interstate 44 in Pulaski County.

The crash happened around 5:15 p.m. Friday evening around the eastbound mile marker 159.

According to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred when a vehicle struck another vehicle, resulting in the first vehicle traveling off the side of the interstate and striking a tree.

The drivers of the two vehicles were not injured; a passenger in the first vehicle was injured, the report says.
