The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of May 26 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.8 million, single-family house at 90 Monroe Street

The property at 90 Monroe Street in Hoboken has new owners. The price was $1,800,000. The house was built in 1901 and has a living area of 3,990 square feet. The price per square foot is $451. The deal was finalized on March 20.
