SHANNON HILLS, Ark. — The Shannon Hills Police Department is searching for a missing teen who was last seen on May 19.

16-year-old Byron Carter was last seen in the Shannon Hills area.

Byron is described as being a Black male with brown eyes and black hair. He is 5'5" and weighs 125 lbs.

There is a high level of concern for his safety.
