Multiple communities in Allegheny and Westmoreland counties reported damage after severe storms resulted in heavy rainfall and flooding Friday.

In a statement from Allegheny County officials Saturday, the storms primarily impacted the areas of Monroeville, Penn Hills, Pitcairn, White Oak, McKeesport, North Versailles, and parts of Plum .

Allegheny County Emergency Service swiftwater units were said to have made three rescues from two homes in North Versailles and one from a vehicle in flood waters on Route 48 in White Oak.

The county said there were no reports of any fatalities or serious injuries as a result of the storms. However, multiple landslides have since been reported.
