2nd Milk president allowed to travel for fishing trips, court docs say

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Jason Carney, president and co-founder of nonprofit 2nd Milk, has been granted limited travel by a federal judge amid ongoing fraud charges.

U.S. District Judge Timothy L. Brooks approved Carney’s request to travel June 7 to Cookson, Oklahoma, for a fishing tournament with his son and a July 11–12 trip to Table Rock Lake, Missouri, for another tournament, according to court documents. Both trips require Carney to return to the district the same day or following day.
