A 19-year-old victim was shot and killed in Lexington early Saturday, authorities say.

Officers from the Lexington Police Department responded at 1:42 a.m. to a report of a shooting in the 100 block of Jessup Street. They found Xzavion Tyleal Booker, of Lexington, dead after being shot multiple times, LPD said.

The department said it is investigating what appears to be an isolated incident and that there is no related threat to the community.
