In total, 11 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $206,409, or $205 per square foot.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of May 19 to the week of June 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

8. $90K, condominium at 37 S. Iowa Ave.

The property at 37 S. Iowa Ave. in Atlantic City has new owners. The price was $90,000. The condominium was built in 1950 and has a living area of 567 square feet. The price per square foot is $159. The deal was finalized on April 30.
