LSU sophomore shortstop Steven Milam delivered with the bases loaded in the bottom of the fifth inning Saturday in Game 1 of the Baton Rouge super regional vs. West Virginia.

LSU was leading West Virginia 3-1 when Milam stepped up to the plate with no outs. Milam hit a grand slam to right field that LSU up by six runs, which led to three more runs being scored in the inning to put the Tigers up 10-1.

The home run was Milam's 11th on the season and the first grand slam of his collegiate career according to the ESPN broadcast.
