LISBON, Ohio - A Lisbon man has been sentenced to 10 to 11 years in prison for possessing sexually explicit images of children.
Columbiana County Prosecutor Vito Abruzzino announced that Matthew Spack, 38, was also ordered to register as a Tier II Sexual Offender, which requires him to register with authorities every 180 days for 25 years.
The Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force began investigating Spack in 2024 after the social media application Kik flagged his account for downloading suspicious images. Kik is a messaging app that allows users to connect with others through chat and live streaming.
