The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the motorcycle rider failed to stop at a 4-way intersection and drove straight into a car already traveling through.

FARGO, N.D. – A motorcycle rider is dead after an accident occurred on the morning of June 7th.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says that at 11:30 a.m., a motorcycle was traveling northbound on 36th Street South in Fargo at a high rate of speed. The driver failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of 36th Street South and Westrac Drive. A Ford Expedition was traveling through the intersection at that time, and the motorcycle t-boned the Expedition on the passenger side.
