SCRANTON, Pa. — Service has been restored after a water main break in part of Lackawanna County Saturday morning.
Blair Avenue in Scranton was shut down to traffic for hours after a water main break flooded the roadway and the basement of a home at 7 a.m. Saturday. The roadway has since reopened, according to officials.
Pennsylvania American Water says water service was shut off for the 1100 block of Blair Avenue but has since been restored.
