MISSION, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Two undocumented men accused of breaking into a Mission home and assaulting a woman and her teen son were issued a $1,500,000 bond.
Carlos Gavia Anguiano, 33, and Alexander Escayola Molina, 41, were charged with two counts of burglary of habitation with intent to commit a felony and one count of engaging in organized criminal activity during a scheduled arraignment at the Mission Police Station.
During the arraignment, both Anguiano and Molina confirmed with the judge that they are both undocumented men and are Mexican citizens.
