MISSION, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Two undocumented men accused of breaking into a Mission home and assaulting a woman and her teen son were issued a $1,500,000 bond.

Carlos Gavia Anguiano, 33, and Alexander Escayola Molina, 41, were charged with two counts of burglary of habitation with intent to commit a felony and one count of engaging in organized criminal activity during a scheduled arraignment at the Mission Police Station.

During the arraignment, both Anguiano and Molina confirmed with the judge that they are both undocumented men and are Mexican citizens.

At approximately 10:16 p.m. on May 30, two men forcefully entered a home located at the 2400 block of East 6th Street, according to a news release from the Mission Police Department.
